Piña Colada Fluff – The BEST 7 ingredient no bake dessert loaded with coconut, pineapple, pecans, rum, and mini marshmallows! Perfect for summer parties!
Piña Colada Fluff
This is THE fluff recipe to make for summer! While it may have been snowing here yesterday, I know that warm weather is right around the corner and I am ready for it. On a hot summer day, I love sitting outside and drinking a piña colada. I wanted to bring those flavors into a party fluff and it worked perfectly. It’s jam packed with crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and loads of mini marshmallows… and rum! You can skip the rum if you don’t want it but I think it really takes it to the next level!
This recipe is great for holidays, parties, and potlucks as it makes a pretty big batch that is great for sharing!

Nope! I like adding to to make it even more like the original drink but you can absolutely skip it if you are serving it to kids. Alternatively, you can use 1 teaspoon rum extract (which does not have any alcohol in it) if you want the flavor instead of the rum.
