I love making fluff! This cranberry fluff has been a mainstay at both Thanksgiving and Christmas year after year so with how popular my oreo fluff has been, I wanted to share the recipe! Cranberry fluff is made from 6 simple ingredients –fresh cranberries, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, walnuts, sugar, and cool whip. I also topped it with a few cranberries and mini marshmallows before serving but that is totally optional, it just add a pop of color and texture.
This recipe is great for holidays, parties, and potlucks as it makes a pretty big batch that is great for sharing!

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries, washed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping
Instructions
- Place the cranberries in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Mix the cranberries, crushed pineapple with juice, and sugar in a large bowl. Place in fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
- Drain the cranberry mixture and press slightly to remove extra moisture.
- Add in the marshmallows and walnuts, stirring to mix.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
