Easy meals are always a go-to at my house. I want dinner to be filled with flavor but ready in just a few minutes so I can spend more time with family! One of my new favorite dinners to make on a busy night is Korean Beef Fried Rice, a simple spin on classic Korean beef.
The secret to my Korean Beef Fried Rice recipe? Minute® Ready to Serve Garlic & Olive Oil Jasmine Rice! - 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup ground beef (cooked)
- 1 cup white rice
- Green onions (sliced)
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the garlic becomes fragrant, stirring regularly.
- Add in brown sugar and soy sauce. Cook until the sugar has fully dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add in cooked ground beef and stir everything together so that it is fully coated in the sauce.
- Heat rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Spoon rice into a serving dish and top with ground beef and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
