Carrot Cake Mug Cake

Gather the ingredients - * Flour * Brown sugar * Cinnamon * Nutmeg * Butter * Carrots * Baking powder * Milk

In a small bowl, combine the dry ingredients.  Mix.

Add in the remaining ingredients.

Stir until well combined and then transfer to a microwave-safe mug.

Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes or until cooked through and the batter is no longer wet.

Top with whipped cream and serve.
