Slow Cooker Recipe
Gather the ingredients - * Chocolate cake mix * Instant chocolate pudding * Milk * Vegetable oil * Eggs * White chocolate * Peppermints
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
Once mixed together, set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until well blended.
Pour the cake batter into the slow cooker followed by the pudding. Do not mix together.
Top of cake with half of the chopped white chocolate and crushed peppermints.
Cover with the lid of the slow cooker and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours until the cake is set. It will still be jiggly in the middle, this is the lava part.
Serve topped with remaining chopped white chocolate and crushed peppermints.
