No Bake + 5 Ingredients
Gather the ingredients - * Dark chocolate * Butter * Heavy cream * Vanilla extract * Red Wine * Cocoa powder (optional - for dusting) * Chocolate sprinkles (optional - for dusting)
Using a double boiler - melt the chocolate with the heavy cream and butter until smooth (mixture will be thick).
Stir in the wine and vanilla extract until smooth.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Scoop the chilled truffle mixture into balls, using your hands to roll them into spheres. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
– Return the sheet to the fridge to firm the truffles (about 10-15 minutes). – Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and/or chocolate sprinkles (optional).
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
