Red Velvet Sheet Cake

In a large bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat butter with sugar and brown sugar until mixed  well.

Then, beat in eggs, vinegar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add the butter mixture to the dry ingredients along with the sour cream  and about 1/8 teaspoon of gel food coloring.

Beat until smooth before stirring in the milk.

Add batter to the prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 40-45  minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

While the cake is cooking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

Add half of the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.  Beat again until incorporated.

Add the remaining powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

Allow the cake to cool before adding frosting on top.

Slice and serve.
