Gather the ingredients - * Peppermint oreos * Cream cheese * White chocolate * Crushed candy canes
Place oreos and softened cream cheese into a food processor and pulse until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Allow the mixture to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before scooping into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place on a lined sheet pan.
Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
Use a fork to gently dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate. Shake off excess white chocolate and then place it back on the sheet pan.
Immediately top with crushed candy canes, repeating until all the truffles have been dipped and topped.
Return to fridge until chocolate has set (20-30 minutes) before serving.
