Gather the ingredients - * Chocolate graham crackers * Butter * Brown sugar * Instant chocolate pudding mix * Milk * Heavy cream * Chocolate shavings
In a medium bowl, stir together chocolate graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.
Press into a 9" pie plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
In a large bowl, stir together the pudding mixes and milk until thick and smooth.
Whip 2 cups of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Carefully fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture until completely combined.
Pour the pudding mixture into the chocolate crust, then place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
Before serving, whip the last cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then spread over the top of the chilled pie.
Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
