Candy Cane Cheesecake

No Bake Recipe

Gather the ingredients - * Graham cracker crumbs * Butter * Sugar * Cream cheese * Powdered sugar * Sour cream * White chocolate * Peppermint extract * Red gel food coloring * Whipped topping * Crushed candy canes

Prepare the crust by stirring together the graham crumbs, sugar, and butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press into a 9" springform pan and place into fridge to chill while preparing filling.

In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream  together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the sour cream, white chocolate, peppermint extract, and red food coloring.  Mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped topping, followed by the crushed candy canes.

Spread evenly over the prepared crust and allow to chill for at least 4 hours.

Gently remove the outer ring of the pan and then decorate with additional whipped topping and crushed candy canes.
