No Bake + Easy
Gather the ingredients - * Chocolate cookie crumbs * Butter * Sugar * Creme de Menthe * Creme de Cacao * Marshmallows * Milk * Green food coloring
In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie pan.
Melt the marshmallows with the milk in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth.
Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and green food coloring (if using). Allow to cool at least 10 minutes.
Fold in 3/4 of the cool whip, reserving the rest for topping.
– Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie crust, then place into the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours. – Top with remaining cool whip and chocolate shavings before slicing and serving.
