Gather the ingredients - * Heavy whipping cream * Sweetened Condensed milk * Vanilla extract * Instant espresso powder
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
– Add in instant espresso powder, mixing until combined. – Fold in vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk.
Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 6+ hours.
