Gather the ingredients - * Cherry pie filling * Yellow cake mix * Melted butter
Spread the cherry pie filling in the bottom of the baking dish.
Sprinkle the cake mix evenly on top of the cherry pie filling.
Drizzle the melted butter on top of the cake mix.
