Gather the ingredients - * Butter * Brown sugar * Flour * Walnuts * Sugar * Cream cheese * Egg * Milk * Lemon juice * Vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy - about 2 minutes.
Add in walnuts and flour and mix until the dough comes together.
Transfer all but 1/2 cup to the bottom of a 9x13" pan and press it evenly on the bottom. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until it has lightly browned.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add in eggs, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
Spread cheesecake filling on top of the crust.
Sprinkle the crumb topping on top. Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool before cutting the bars.
