No Bake + 4 Ingredients
Gather the ingredients - * Chocolate * Heavy cream * Butter * Peppermint schnapps
– Heat the cream in a small saucepan, just until it begins to steam. – Add the chocolate and butter to a heatproof bowl and then pour the cream over the top. Set the mixture aside. – After a few minutes, whisk the ganache together until it is smooth. Then, whisk in the peppermint schnapps.
– Transfer the ganache to the fridge and chill it until set. – Scoop out 1 tablespoon sized truffles and roll them into smooth balls.
(Optional) Leave the truffles as is or coat them in cocoa powder. Alternatively, you can dip the truffles in melted chocolate bark and garnish with crushed candy cane - totally up to you!
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
