Teriyaki Noodles

One of my go-to’s on a busy weeknight is noodles.  Something about them is always so comforting and delicious! Recently, I have been on a kick of making teriyaki noodles because not only do they taste amazing, but they only take 20 minutes from start to finish to make!

For this recipe, you will need just a few simple ingredients.  The only one that you probably don’t have in you cupboard is mirin.  If you don’t have it, it is okay to skip it.  It is a sweet cooking wine that adds to the overall flavor, but it still tastes great without it!
