During the summer, I am always looking for refreshing drinks to sip on during the evening while I am outside reading a book. I just can’t resist a fun, colorful drink! When I discovered Sparkling Ice a few weeks back, I knew that these were going to be the new drink of choice for me! My favorite part is that there is zero calories and zero sugar so I have zero guilt about drinking one!
Now let’s talk about this cocktail I whipped up because dang, it’s good! I decided to take Sparkling Ice Kiwi Strawberry to the next level and make it a cocktail! This recipe is super easy to make because it’s simply the Sparkling Ice Kiwi Strawberry and white rum but really, that’s all it needs to be perfect and low calorie…. like, really low calorie. It’s only 65 calories, crazy, right?! Plus, Sparkling Ice is sparkling so they drink has a really nice fizz! Let’s be honest, everything is better with bubbles! It’s the perfect skinny summer cocktail to make for yourself or share with friends!
