Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Coffee – Make your favorite fall drink at home! Cold brew coffee with delicious pumpkin pie spices brewed together overnight! Easy to make and it tastes fantastic!
Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Coffee
Have you tried making cold brew coffee yet? I had been hearing about it for months but hadn’t actually given it a try until this past week and I finally get what all of the fuss is about. Cold brew coffee is so awesome and it’s such a refreshing drink for a hot day but I wanted to make my own spin on it for the fall. Immediately, I decided to combine a pumpkin spice latte and cold brew coffee to create the ultimate fall drink for coffee fans!
To make this pumpkin spice cold brew coffee, I combined classic pumpkin pie spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, and cloves with the coffee grounds and water to brew together. If you have pre-made pumpkin pie spice, you can use two teaspoons of that instead. Once everything was combined in a pitcher, I put it in the refrigerator to sit over night. The next morning, I poured some over ice with a bit of half-and-half and I was in coffee heaven. If you like a sweeter coffee, you can always add in a bit of maple syrup, sugar, or honey when you serve it.
