Piña Colada Parfaits

Piña Colada Parfaits – A light and delicious dessert, breakfast, or snack idea! Yogurt layered with fresh pineapple, toasted coconut, and granola.

Who doesn’t love a piña colada? They are always my go-to fun drink to get at restaurants because they remind me of being on a warm beach.  The flavors are great in other things too such as ice cream, cupcakes, or my personal favorite, parfaits! This piña colada parfait recipe is absolutely perfect for dessert, breakfast, or as a snack.  It’s made with just four simple ingredients and tastes incredible.

Something I love about it is this recipe is a lighter one so it is a great way to stick to your new years resolutions! I used Greek Gods® Honey Greek Yogurt, my absolute favorite yogurt brand, and their products are packed with calcium and 7 live and active cultures.  Additionally, you can even add more fruits to this recipe such as strawberries to get in even more healthy goodness.

To get everything I needed to make these piña colada parfaits, I popped over to my local Walmart.  They had Greek Gods® yogurts right in their refrigerated yogurt department and it was easy to find.  Walmart is my go-to grocery store to get nutritious products that fit with my new years resolutions of making healthier choices!

This recipe is just for 1 parfait so you can make it just for yourself or double/triple it if you are making them for others!

How to make piña colada parfaits

Step 1 – Yogurt

Place a dollop (about 1/2 cup) of Greek Gods® Honey Greek Yogurt (available at Walmart) inside of a glass cup.  This is so that you can see the layers but if that doesn’t matter to you, you can just use any cup or bowl.

Step 2 – Pineapple

Place a player of about 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple (chopped) on top of the yogurt.  You can use canned pineapple or dried pineapple instead but that is up to what you have available and preference.

Step 3 – Granola and Toasted Coconut

Add about 1/4 of a cup of toasted coconut and 1/2 cup of granola to the parfait.  You can use any flavor of granola but personally, I chose honey almond granola.  I thought it complemented the flavor of the Greek Gods® Honey Greek Yogurt well and the almonds added a great texture.

This is so dreamy and creamy – we love the Greek Gods yogurt – my kids devour it (and I sneak bites) whenever we have it. I love this idea!!
