Peanut butter blossom cookies have been a staple on my holiday cookie tray for years but that’s not the only time I make them during the year! These 4 ingredient cookies are the perfect treat to make when you have a sweet tooth and you are craving cookies NOW! To make them, simply mix the sugar, peanut butter, and egg together and scoop onto a lined sheet tray.  Cook and then top with a hershey kiss.  That’s it!

This recipe makes about 12 cookies but it is super easy to double or even triple.  The cookies last for about 2 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 Hershey kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, peanut butter, and egg until smooth.
  3. Scoop one tablespoon sized balls onto a baking sheet and flatten them slightly (to about 3/4" thick).
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until they are golden brown around the edges, but still soft in the middle.
  5. Immediately when the cookies come out of the oven, push a Hershey kiss in the center of each one.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool fully before enjoying or storing.
  7. Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
