When having dinner with family recently, someone made corn using their Instant Pot and it blew my mind.  What a great way to cook corn! I popped over to the store and saw this beautiful Wild Violet corn and knew I had to try cooking it in the Instant Pot.  I was so impressed with how it turned out and I know that you are going to love it too!
