If you love cheesecake, then this is the dessert for you! These truffles are easy to make and great to bring to parties or holiday events. I like coating them in chocolate and a bit of extra crushed graham crackers on top which I think really add to the texture and flavor! These truffles can be made ahead of time and stored in your fridge until ready to serve.

What are cheesecake truffles?
Cheesecake truffles are truffles made by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed graham crackers. The truffles are then scooped and rolled into balls before being transferred to the fridge to set. Once set, they can be coated with chocolate and served.
How many servings does this recipe make?
This recipe makes about 15 (1″) truffles but it can easily be doubled if you want more or you can use a smaller cookie scoop if you want a smaller truffle.
How long do they last?
These truffles last up to 5 days when stored in a refrigerated airtight container.
What can I decorate these truffles with?
I like to coat these truffles in chocolate but you could also drizzle them with chocolate, coat them in crushed graham crackers, or even crushed freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries. Feel free to substitute in white chocolate in the coating too, it’s good!

Cheesecake Truffles
Cheesecake Truffles - All of your favorite cheesecake flavors in a truffle! Cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed graham crackers mixed together and then coated in chocolate. Great for any holiday or party!
Ingredients
- 1 brick (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-4 graham crackers, broken into small pieces
- 8 ounces melting chocolate
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash together the cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and graham crackers until evenly combined.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and place into the fridge to firm up, about 2 hours.
- Once chilled, roll into smooth balls and place back into fridge for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate until smooth, then carefully dip each truffle into the chocolate coating and return to the baking sheet.
- Decorate with extra chocolate drizzled, and/or crushed graham cracker (if desired).
- Place in your fridge until chocolate completely hardens, about 30 minutes.
