Blueberry Banana Bread – A simple quick bread made with fresh blueberries and bananas. Perfect for breakfast with a bit of butter on a slice!
Blueberry Banana Bread
Banana bread is seriously so good. I always enjoy having it in various forms whether with walnuts in it, as muffins, or as a classic loaf. After waiting quite a while for my bananas to finally become overripe, I finally could make this bread! I was so excited about it! It was such an awesome breakfast to have before class for a whole week!
Now I will be honest, I make a ton of banana bread in my day to day life because I have a terrible tendency to forget about my bananas until they are completely brown but new banana bread recipes never make it to the site because every time I take pictures of a quick bread, the pictures are always a mess. Something about the colors is always super weird. This recipe had been sitting on here for years with terrible pictures so I finally took it upon myself to remake the recipe. It turned out just as great as I remembered! While the new pictures aren’t perfect, I can definitively say that they are a huge improvement!

I think that would be fine although I have not tested it. I've used frozen cranberries in muffins before and it worked!
