Hey! Welcome to Mildly Meandering, Madi’s little corner of the internet. I enjoy doing everything from messing with Linux, watching movies, traveling, to eating delicious food. I’ve been living in the depths of the U.P. in Michigan for quite a while now with my fiancé while studying English at Michigan Tech. It is one of the snowiest universities in America so I’ve had to adapt to trudging through feet of snow on a daily basis but it is really a gorgeous place to live. I try to get out on occasion and go somewhere fun whether it be Japan, Germany, etc. Since I have to fend for myself in the kitchen, I have tried to expand what I eat past the ramen and veggie burger lifestyle of the dorms and transformed it into a creative and cultured diet filled with international foods, slow cooker meals, and of course, mug cakes.
