Maple Dijon Turkey

Maple Dijon Turkey – Flavorful maple dijon glaze on turkey breasts. A great 30-minute sheet pan meal for Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Maple Dijon Turkey

If you are looking for an easy turkey recipe that is incredibly flavorful and delicious, then you have come to the right place! For Thanksgiving this year, I didn’t want to spend a whole bunch time dealing with thawing a whole turkey, waiting for it to cook all day, and then having to whack it apart.  I wanted a simple recipe that would take 30 minutes start to finish so I could spend less time in the kitchen and more time with family and friends.  This sheet pan maple dijon turkey breast recipe is quick and easy to make and definitely doesn’t compromise on flavor! You can load your favorite veggies on to the sheet pan with the turkey and have a whole one pan meal! The best part might be how little clean up you have to do!

By using the flavor injector, you are able to get the wonderful flavors of the glaze not only on the outside of the turkey breasts but on the inside too! It’s such a simple way to add a bit extra of that delicious maple mustard flavor to the meal.

Notes on maple dijon turkey recipe

  • Using a thermometer makes it really easy to check if the turkey is done without having to cut a piece open.
  • Butternut squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc would pair wonderfully with the turkey! Just whip up some extra glaze and coat the veggies with it.

Maple Dijon Turkey – Flavorful maple dijon glaze on turkey breasts. A great 30-minute sheet pan meal for Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Course Main Course
Cuisine American
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 2-3 turkey tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large frying pan, pour in olive oil and garlic. Once garlic is fragrant, lay each of the turkey breast in fan. Let each side of the turkey brown, this should take about 5 minutes. Transfer turkey breasts to OXO Non-Stick Pro Half Sheet Jelly Roll Pan and drizzle 1/2 of the maple dijon spread on top along with the salt and pepper and place another 1/2 of the OXO Flavor Injector fitted with the thicker needle and inject each of the turkey breasts with it.

  3. Place sheet pan in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the OXO Chef's Precision Digital Instant Read Thermometer reads 165 degrees inside the turkey breasts. This indicated the turkey is cooked through.

  4. Slice the turkey and serve.
